Are All Sales Final?
Yes all sales are final. Once the item has been shipped there is no canceling or refunds. Any lost or damaged items will not be held accountable by Plush n Fluff
What If Something Gets Lost In The Mail?
Once the item is shipped them it is out of our hands. Make sure that the address you put is correct and if you move fill out a "change of address" card at your local post office.
Can You make Custom things?
We do take commisions from time to time, but understand we have a very busy schedule. If we have time then we will get back to you as soon as possible. When asking for a comission, be sure to include a rough idea of what you want.
